How fast is shipping?
We ship daily via Australia Post Express. Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST are dispatched the same business day. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days anywhere in Australia.
Is shipping discreet?
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded satchels via Australia Post. There are no product names, logos, or identifying marks on the packaging.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $100 qualify for free Express Post shipping across Australia. Orders under $100 have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95.
How should I store the products?
Keep bottles tightly sealed in a cool, dark place below 25°C. Refrigeration after opening is recommended for maximum potency. Under good storage conditions, products stay potent for 1-3 months after opening.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayID and Direct Bank Transfer only. After you place your order we'll email you our PayID and bank details — once your payment is received we dispatch same-day. No cards, no third-party processors.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery through Australia Post.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately via our Contact page with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer 5-pack bulk bundles at discounted prices across all sizes (10mL, 15mL, and 30mL). For larger wholesale orders, visit our Wholesale page.
Are these products safe to use?
All products are sold strictly as machinery lubricants. They are not intended for human consumption or inhalation. Products are extremely flammable — keep away from heat, flames, and sparks. Store safely and read all product labels before use. 18+ only.
